If you're using fresh flowers, skip the crown of cabbage roses in favor of smaller buds like spray roses or orchids. Undecided as to which bud's for you? Daises stand for innocence, while roses symbolize passion, hibiscuses exemplify beauty, and violets represent faithfulness and loyalty. Fine with going faux? A single white silk gardenia makes a chic statement on a bun!

Why I love it....Personally, I love how romantic this look is. There's a reason brides throughout history have worn blossoms in their hair: with their delicate petals and mesmerizing scents, flowers make a woman more alluring. For a woman, like myself, who prefers to wear her mane tied up as opposed to flowing, this look gives even the stuffiest updo a youthful vibe. So put the hairspray down and grab a few petals to haphazardly scatter through your hair. Lastly, the look is selfie and social media approved- just toss a couple of tiny buds into that messy bun and even the most neglected nests look downright captivating. Enjoy the countless likes and regrams!
