There's a reason Banana Republic is my favorite clothing brand- they always keep things new and fresh with creative collaborations. Next month designer Roland Mouret is bringing his special je ne sais quoi to Banana Republic with a 27-piece limited edition capsule for Fall 2014. Mouret's figure-flattering dresses have been red-carpet-head-turners since he launched his line in 2006. Each design in his new collection for Banana is crafted from the retailer's stretchy, curve-enhancing Sloan fabric and sculpted in a characteristic Mouret shape.
Roland for Banana Republic will feature dresses, skirts, tops, blazers, pants, and accessories and includes bold colorblocking, graphic perforated details, leopard prints, and playful proportions. Prices for the line will range from $49.50 to $165. According to Mouret, these pieces are "multi-functional for the modern woman to wear and accessorize in her own way, making her always ready for life’s journey.” Your best bet: the dresses reminiscent of styles he designed for his more famous clients, Heidi Klum and Amy Adams.
