Indecisive much? My fav new hybrid serves up the posh appeal of an updo with a side of face-grazing layers. And any length goes! If you've got a shorter cut, just make a deep side part then slick back one side. With longer strands, try creating a side-traveling braid, then twist and secure it at the nape; on the flip side, let your bangs or a few smaller pieces cascade down. Use a flatiron to straighten the front section for a cool rocker vibe, or curl it for a more romantic effect before finishing with hairspray.
