My favorite spring trend for 2014 has to be the cutout dress. These dresses have the back or sides cut out of them to reveal a little skin. With spring hopefully here to stay, cut out dresses will be out in full force, both on and off the runways. The perfect cutout dress shows just enough skin and doesn’t force you to walk strategically or be overly conscious of the positioning of fabric. Peekaboo cuts on the side and sheer panels across the top are my favorite ways to rock the cut out look! You can find dresses with cut outs at the waist, shoulder, neck, back and legs.
If you aren't comfortable with being exposed, do not fret....there are plenty of cutout dresses this season that are just daring enough without being overly risqué. Others, however, reveal a lot more than a little skin, so if you're feeling brave throw one on... just make sure your skin is prepped! Use a great moisturizer or maybe some shimmer lotion to make your skin glow. Check out my favorite styles below and in the famous words of Uncle Joey from Full House "cut-it-out"!
