A Couture Guide to Spring's Hottest Shoes

     Bye-bye boots!  It's finally the season for open toe, sexy straps, and mood-lifting bursts of color.  I was inspired to write this post by Lucky magazine.  The March issue of Lucky boasts a ten page spread of the season's hottest shoes.  There's a myriad of prints and colors and heels of all heights, plus styles in every price range.  Below are my favorite styles for Spring and the reasons why I love them.

Floral Pumps- an easy way to add color and glamor to your look. Great when paired with contrasting patterns like stripes or polka dots or when worn with all white
Espadrille Wedges- comfy heels for when you don't feel like wearing heels. These supportive heels deliver tons of height and allow you to walk for miles. Look great with summer dresses or even a bikini and coverup

Gladiators- wear these Boho chic sandals with flowy, maxi dresses or cut offs                          

Ankle Straps- seriously fierce shoes built to show a lot of skin.  They are sexy and super high

Platform Sandals- oh so versatile! Perfect for date night, but equally flattering with a pair of skinny jeans or Bermuda shorts
